NEW market hours at Fresh Market!
Exciting news at the Fresh Market! We have heard you loud and clear, and we're thrilled to announce a big change to our market hours! No more juggling between different hours for different levels. Starting November 2, 2023, both levels of our market will be open from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Thursday to Saturday! In addition, some of your favorite food and beverage vendors will be staying even later (until 8:00pm) to serve you!
Based on an overwhelming response from our valued customers over the past year, we've made this change to provide a unified experience for everyone! You can now grab a delicious bite at our food court and also explore the unique offerings of our incredible vendors in on the lower level, all at the same time!
While change is always a mix of emotions, we truly believe that these new hours will benefit our customers and make your shopping and dining experience even more delightful!

We are so excited for you to finally experience both floors of amazing vendors. The Market Level includes more of your quintessential farmers market vendors. Fill your complimentary UPMC market bags with your deli-meats, bakery items, produce, bulk nuts, dairy products, fresh juice, pet treats and other incredible finds. The Market Level vendors are open every Thursday - Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Our Market operating hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Food and beverage options available on the First Floor until 8:00pm.
All of our vendors are locally owned small-businesses and they have worked tirelessly to prepare their stands and perfect their offerings for you. They have pushed through construction delays, supply-chain challenges, labor shortages, and much more to finally be able to open. We are so proud of each and every vendor and we can't thank you enough for including a stop at the Fresh Market in your local shopping and dining routine! Welcome to the new Fresh Market located in charming downtown Hershey, PA. Our farmers market offers a variety of locally-grown produce, meats, baked goods, and unique culinary delights. With over 40 vendors and retailers covering 25,000 square feet in a beautifully renovated Historical Building, the Fresh Market offers an inviting and notable experience for all. Visitors to the Market will discover two spacious floors that showcase the best of what our local Central Pennsylvania farmers, bakers, and food vendors have to offer. Come out for a one-of-a-kind casual dining experience, and discover local vendors who offer flavorful prepared foods offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From soup to sandwiches, and full course meals, we have something special for any appetite.

The Fresh Market is centrally located in the heart of Hershey, Pennsylvania, adjacent to Hersheypark in the new Hershey Towne Square. An adjacent parking garage provides four season weather protection to all market customers. The market resides in the old Hershey Abattoir (Post Office) building that was built in the late 1930's. Keeping the original structure in place protects its heritage and architecture and enriches the market experience for all customers to enjoy.
