Back by popular demand! Join us for our second FREE Mushroom Workshop on Friday, June 26, from 12:00pm - 2:00pm with Dave from Bennett Run Mushroom Farm at the Hershey Fresh Market on the lower level.

After such a great response to our first workshop, Dave is returning to share even more about the use of mushrooms, how they’re grown, their benefits to our health, & simple ways to cook with them at home.

This interactive afternoon will include:

• A behind-the-scenes conversation about mushroom growing and the benefits of gourmet mushrooms

• A live mushroom cooking demonstration from market vendors

• Fresh mushroom samples and tastings throughout the afternoon

• Mushroom-inspired foods, products, and pairings from fellow market vendors

• Open Q&A and conversation with Dave throughout the workshop
