Important Vendor Information
Market days are Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Market level is open 8:00am until 4:30pm. Food court is open 8:00am until 8:00pm.
All stands must comply with any and all State and local permitting and licensing. This is the responsibility of the stand owner.
You are required to submit stand construction and signage designs. The stand owner is responsible for all costs associated with stand construction, plumbing, electrical and equipment installation as well as any permits required by either the State, or Derry Township.
Utility charges are based upon actual usage in your stand and will be billed monthly in addition to your rent.
Questions regarding Department of Agriculture requirements can be directed to Doug Martin, dougmartin@pa.gov. Local permitting questions should be directed to the Derry Township Community Development office.
